Jump back into the 90's

Sometimes it's fun to watch those old 90's movies. This week I've watched "Fern Gully: The Last Rainforest", "Once Upon a Forest" and now Right now I am watching "The Jetsons:The Movie". Let's just say, AWESOME! There is nothing like a good ol' movie to bring back memories. It's kinda funny what you remember while watching. Oh those summer days when there was nothing to worry about and all you had to do was play with friends and watch movies. Playin' around with my best friend Ashlee was what I did most of the time. We use to watch all sorts of movies and act them out all the time. One memory that I will never forget what when "The Lion King" came out and we used to act like Simba and Nala.. the funny part was Ashlee was Simba and I was Nala... YEAH WE WERE AWESOME!

My FAVORITE movie:
THE LITTLE MERMAID

I don't know how many times I've watch "The Little Mermaid" but maybe it's a good thing I don't have a play count because it might be embarrassing. I think that will be the next movie I am going to watch. lol.

Forgiving.

Today at church we learned about forgiving others. I decided that it is about time to talk to Ms. Annoying #1 (if you don't know who that is, read my last post). I'm one of those people where it bugs me to hold a grudge. It seriously has made work super hard to enjoy because of the tension between us. The next time I see her I'll tell her we need to talk and put this in the past.

Drama has struck once again at JCP

So a couple of days ago I had a very drama filled day.
Lets start with how it started shall we.
In windows we got a new co-worker, her name is Monica (she is awesome, just FYI).
While I was showing her around I saw our co-worker (and for the sake of privacy I will call her, Ms. Annoying #1), well we saw Ms. Annoying #1 and I introduced Monica to her and everything was going fine and well not even a minute later Ms. Annoying #1 started getting mad at me because I wasn't organizing rugs. Which for one isn't in my department and then she was accusing me of being lazy and not doing anything in windows (which is totally false and preposterous) and so I started getting mad back, (in a calm way) but then she called me stupid and not intelligent. OH DID THAT MAKE ME MAD! LIKE I'M "GOING TO PUSH YOU" MAD! So what did I do....
I call her a JACK A**, I know, I know I shouldn't do that and its not like me to swear,
but no one calls me stupid, NO ONE! I am very smart and a very nice person. Anyways. I told my manager what I did and totally took all responsibility of swearing on the sales floor. So she says she will go talk to Ms. Annoying #1. Well not more than a half hour later I get called back to her office.
Once I heard that call come I knew I was introuble, but I told myself that I don't have anything to worry about. I wasn't the one who started it. Anyways I go to her office and guess what she tells me... that I have TWO complaints from associates in the Home Department. The first thing that popped into my head was WHAT THE FREAK!
Well one of the complaints was obviously about the fight that happened between me and Ms. Annoying #1. But the other one came as a surprise. Here is an addition to this story. Ms. Annoying #2. Actually let me call her Ms. Two Faced. Yeah that fits better. Apparently I yelled at her over the phone a couple days before and she was feeling hurt and offended by it. Here is the background to this story. I was having a Themed Movie Night with my best friends and my co-workers were texting me and bugging me on my day off and while I was having fun too. Well anyways I did call them up but I most certainly didn't yell at them. I told them to chill and to wait until I work next and we would talk about everything. Well atleast I thought it went well. There is one thing you need to know is that Ms. Two Faced likes to stir up drama and she will get to know you and when she can use what she knows about you she will spin it around and make you look like the biggest jerk ever. So thats what she did. Made me feel like an idiot.
My manager, Ms. Fashionable made me feel better and telling me that she knows how Ms. Annoying #1 and Ms. Two Faced are and that she didnt really care what went on. She did tell me I shouldn't have sworn on the floor and I told her that I totally agreed. But lets just say, karma is a biotch. They will get what is coming their way in the future.
I'm not going to apologize because I feel as if I wasn't in the wrong. I'll probably say sorry to Ms. Annoying #1 but not until she says it first. I know it might sound childish but I would think a 60+ year old woman would have grown up by now. Like I said Karma is a biotch.

What? Why?

The question popped in my head, why am I really writing a blog? I don't have a theme. My life isn't interesting. My blog is dead. I'm thinking of deleting it. I'm going to think about it for a couple days. If this is my last post all I want to say is Peace Out, it was fun at first but I am done.

My latest Vacation

Well this post will be about my recent vacation. I went to Vegas! It was a blast! I had so much fun shopping, walking (and driving) up Las Vegas Blvd. and watching a show (Marc Savard a Hypnotist). We left Monday morning and drove to Vegas. We stopped in St. George for a second to see the temple. It was beautiful. We got to Vegas early so we couldn't check in so we decided to go to PLANET HOLLYWOOD to shop at the Miracle Mile Shopping Mall. It was amazing. I bought a hat to wear so I wouldn't get sunburned... Let just say I'm not a hat person, but anyways it did its job. NO SUNBURN! One thing I wanted to do in Vegas was run into one of my favorite reality stars, Holly Madison. It didnt happen which was a bummer... I got a picture of the billboard on Planet Hollywood. Maybe someday I'll meet her and do lunch sometime (A DREAM!!!). After we went and checked in to our penthouse, and it was amazing! It had 3 rooms, fantastic views, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Yep it was amazing, probably one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. Basically the 4 days we were there all we did was walk up and down the strip all day, swim, shop and have fun. Like I said at the beginning we went to a comedy hypnotist show and it was super funny! I really wanted to go up but I am so glad I didn't because it got kinda nasty (but funny) and it would have been very awkward for me. Overall it was great fun, even though the 2 guys i went with got a little offended. Come on Please, we've seen worst things on movies, but oh well. A few of the downfalls were: #1 Nate TEXTING THE WHOLE TIME! It made me angry because I was trying so hard to make everything super fun and when he would start to text it made me feel as if we weren't fun to hang out with or talk to. When I say all the time, he would win the award for "Most TEXT MESSAGES SENT ON A VACATION." #2 Being rushed while shopping. I kept telling them that I was going to shop and if they didnt want to they could go somewhere else and I would meet up with them, but no they would make me feel stupid and so I would stop shopping and do what they all wanted to do. #3 I wanted to see either the Lion King or Phantom of the Opera. did that happen? NO. I would have gladly spent $70 on a ticket but oh well. At least we went and saw one show. #4 I really felt self conscience about my body. I almost had a break down when I was looking through my pictures because I looked so fat. It was like 11 o'clock in Vegas (which means midnight in Utah) so I had no one to call up and talk to about it. :( It was sad. But I got over it once I got back to the hotel. Now onto the drive back home. We came home on the 5th and we stopped by St. George again and this time I got to see a friend. I saw Kandace Goodrich who was a missionary with me in the MTC! It was so great to see her. I didn't get to talk to her very long because we had to get mike home early so he could get a good sleep that night cuz he had to work early in the morning. We got home and I was excited but sad to be home, excited because I got to be with my family but sad to think I had to go back to work the next morning. OVERALL the trip was amazing. Next time I go it will be with my 2 best friends and their husbands and me (hopefully I'll be married by the next time). VEGAS, it was fun.
